This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are not allowed when using the hydralabs.uk website (the "Site"). It forms part of our Terms of Service; by using the Site you agree to follow this policy.
What is not allowed
You must not use the Site to:
Break the law
Including any activity that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights, or that violates UK law or the law of any other jurisdiction from which the Site is accessed.
Attack or compromise the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems.
- Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code.
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfere with the Site's availability for other visitors.
- Probe, scan, or test the Site for vulnerabilities outside our Security Disclosure process.
Scrape at scale
Automated crawling, scraping, or copying of the Site that places a disproportionate load on our infrastructure is not permitted. Reasonable search-engine indexing and lightweight automated checks are welcome.
Impersonate Hydra Labs
Misuse of the Hydra Labs name, branding, or product marks in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation where none exists is not allowed.
Republish or commercialise our content
Hydra Labs content, including text, graphics, layout, and code, is protected. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without our written permission, except where permitted by law (for example, factual reference and fair use).
Engage in fraud or deception
Including phishing, manipulating analytics, or any activity designed to deceive visitors or the Hydra Labs team.
Reporting violations

Enforcement
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice:
- Investigate suspected violations of this policy.
- Block IP addresses, networks, or user agents to protect the Site.
- Cooperate with law-enforcement authorities where appropriate.
- Pursue civil or criminal remedies for serious or repeated violations.
Changes to this policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page with a new "last updated" date.
